A little about me ...

I am, Janette Dignan, Accredited Play and Creative Arts Therapist, PTUK (Play Therapy United Kingdom) Qualified Nursery Nurse (NNEB), Approved Clinical Supervisor and work within the ethos and values of the organisation.

I have a wealth of experience in working with children, young people and families in a variety of settings; including statutory, voluntary, educational and youth organisations.

My journey to play therapy has been built upon my work experience but based upon the belief direct and non directive play, have been key elements in listening to children's wishes and feelings and supporting social, emotional and mental health.
